UBC Vancouver Contact Centre users may be experiencing intermittent audio issues.

When the issue occurs, the incoming callers are not able to hear the Contact Centre agent.

UBC IT suggests that if incoming calls are impacted by this issue, Contact Centre agents should disconnect the call and call them back.

Technicians are working with the respective vendors on a resolution.
