A fix has been implemented for Flipbook processing on new uploads, and we are currently monitoring it closely.
The team is still investigating instances of Flipbooks failing that were uploaded during the hours in which the processing issue surfaced.
We have become aware of an issue affecting Flipbook processing. Existing Flipbooks will continue to display without issue. Any attempt to upload a new Flipbook or make changes to an existing Flipbook will fail.
The team is currently working on a solution.
