As of 6:00am per Proofpoint, All impacted URLs have been restored and affected emails submitted for reprocessing. We are currently monitoring the situation to ensure our services have been restored. ITS has identified the cause of issues with Proofpoint and is working to implement a solution. We working with Proofpoint to ensure any sites/emails that were blocked are restored. This is a global outage due to a corrupted rule which incorrectly flagged URLs for quarantine. Blocks are being restored and ofc.ucsd.edu has been back online since 8:20pm 2/10 yesterday.
