Customers who are experiencing a hung loading screen when accessing Cloud Director must ensure they are using a supported browser on the latest major version release.
We have also received reports from customers who are unable to access the console for their VMs. Customers experiencing this issue should also update their browsers to the latest version.
Safari and Internet Explorer are not supported by our vendor and therefore should not be used.

We are aware of a problem affecting access to VMware Cloud Director through the Elevated portal for the following Regions and Zones:
Region 7 Zone 10 EF1
Region 7 Zone 10 EE1
Region 8 Zone 11 EC1
Region 8 Zone 11 EE1
Some customers may be stuck on a loading screen after signing in to Cloud Director.
This incident is under investigation and updates will be provided when available.
