We are aware of some Microsoft Online services experiencing intermittent issues.
Users may see errors like "This page is not working" or "This message cannot be displayed"
This is a central Microsoft outage, so unfortunately the resolution is out of our hands, however they are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Full details are listed on Microsoft's Service Health page below, however the issues we have seen here appear to be with Outlook and Teams, and not everyone is affected.

Outlook desktop applications appear to be unaffected.
