Issues with VPN Network

We are currently investigating issues affecting users connected to VPN

Further updates to follow

We've identified an issue where the connecting to the VPN blocks access to the internet.

Disconnecting from the VPN should restore internet access, but there is currently no workaround for accessing University resources if you require the VPN to do so.

We'll continue to investigate this issue and aim for resolution as soon as possible.

Further updates expected by 4pm.

We believe this issue has now been resolved but we'll keep monitoring progress for a short time to ensure this is the case.

We are currently seeing a recurrence of the network issues from yesterday.

This is currently being investigated .

Issue is resolved but remains in monitoring status currently.

We are aware that network issues have re-surfaced. The work that was scheduled for later this afternoon has now been brought immediately forward.
