Multiple networks impacted across multiple sites

We are currently seeing issues reported with multiple networks across multiple sites.

This is currently being investigated.

Services have now returned however we are still monitoring the situation.

Following the hardware fault earlier that impacted our networks, support teams need to carry out some urgent remediation to prevent any further issues.

This is expected to be completed later today and will result in an outage of wireless networks (unless in a Modern Network building) & VPN connections for roughly 20-60 minutes. Wired connections will remain unaffected

We'll provide exact timings of the outage as soon as possible.
