For institutions accessing GALILEO via the GALILEO password: At present, there is an issue causing users to receive an error when attempting to access EBSCO resources and the main GALILEO EBSCO Discovery Service Search. We have contacted EBSCO support and we have asked them resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will provide updates here as additional information becomes available, and when the issue is resolved. On site access is functioning fine. This situation only applies to off-site access via the GALILEO password. Single Sign On access via OpenAthens is also fully functional for access to all content. GALILEO staff has confirmed that EBSCO has resolved the issues with access to EBSCO resources and the main GALILEO EBSCO Discovery Service Search.
