Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence - Issues Reported

After monitoring the situation, EDMA has confirmed the stability of access to Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence applications. The system should continue operating normally.

EDMA has restored full functionality of the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence.

All institutions have been unlocked and can perform extractions for the Academic Data Collection. We will continue to monitor this system for stability. If you are still experiencing issues with access to Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence or cannot perform an extraction, please contact the USG Service Desk at support@usg.edu or 877-251-2644.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

EDMA has identified the issue impacting the extraction of data from institutions. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The Academic Data Collection will remain locked to prevent further extractions.
