Information Technology Services (ITS) is currently investigating Brightspace Learning Outcomes issues. Beginning at 3:50 a.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2026, some users are experiencing issues with calling ASN (Achievements Standards Network) from the Learning Outcomes tool. Users may not be able to import outcomes from ASN at this time. Previously imported items remain functional. D2L is working to resolve this issue. Additional information will be posted here when it becomes available.

Between approximately 3:50 a.m. and 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Brightspace users were experiencing issues calling ASN (Achievement Standards Network) from the Learning Outcomes tool.
Brightspace Learning Outcomes functionality has been restored, and Information Technology Services (ITS) is currently monitoring.
In the event that you experience any further issues with Learning Outcomes in Brightspace, please contact the USG Service Desk at support@usg.edu or 877-251-2644.
