Domain not resolving in Spain region for some users

We are aware of an issue where some users in Spain are unable to access our services due to certain ISPs (DIGI Mobil, Telefónica de España, and others) blocking specific Cloudflare IPs. This has resulted in unexpected service disruptions for affected users on multiple services behind those shared IP addresses.
While these Cloudflare IPs remain null-routed on the ISPs’ backbone, our dashboard and API will be inaccessible to those users. We are actively monitoring the situation and exploring possible mitigations.
We will provide updates as we learn more.

The issue appears to be resolved, as the affected IPs are no longer being null-routed. Users should now be able to access our services normally.
However, given recent patterns, similar blockages may occur again in the coming days. We will continue monitoring the situation and will provide updates if new disruptions arise.
