Fitbit has reported that this issue is resolved. Validic will continue to monitor as we do see data flow gradually returning to normal.
Fitbit has confirmed that they are reporting a service outage via their status page. Validic will continue to monitor. https://status.fitbit.com/
Validic is investigating possible issues with the delivery of data from Fitbit.
As a result, you may see delays in receiving user data from Fitbit users and users may see issues when trying to sync to Fitbit.
