Duplicated Identity provider user records causing error and the Identity provider linked to Vanta test to show as "Needs attention"

We have identified an issue where the Identity provider linked to Vanta test is in a "Needs attention" state with an Error fetching data due to duplicated records of users being pulled in from a connected Identity provider integration. This also may impact users being out of sync with the Identity provider due to the error fetching data. This is affecting a subset of customers using an Identity Provider integration.

Our team is investigating the root cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.
