We are investigating an issue affecting Vena 365 template refresh in some workbooks for users on Excel version 2407. Users on an Excel version older than 2407 are not believed to be impacted. While we troubleshoot the issue, as an interim solution, we suggest clearing any background cell colour in your impacted workbooks.
