VGS Services are in degraded state

All major VGS Services are currently unavailable. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Most of the VGS services have degraded performance. We are seeing some improvements in performance, and our engineers are working on a resolution.

Most of the VGS services have degraded performance. We are working closely with AWS to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Proxy and Vault services have failed over to our secondary region. We are continuing to observe some degraded performance after the fail over. We remain in close communication with AWS and will provide updates as they become available.

We continue to investigate degraded performance in our secondary region. We are seeing intermittent recovery across VGS services, and AWS has also reported partial recovery across services in the US-EAST-1 Availability Zones.

VGS services have improved, a small portion remain partially impacted. The following services are either partially degraded but recovering: SFTP, TCP Proxy, MFT, and the Vault API. Please see below for the current operational status of each service.

AWS has reported ongoing recovery across all services in the US-EAST-1 region.
