MFT and SFTP Proxy Partial Degradation (Sandbox)

We are currently investigating a partial degradation of the SFTP Proxy and Managed File Tokenization services on the VGS Sandbox.
Users may experience intermittent latency, timeouts, or failed connections when making SFTP proxy requests in the Sandbox environment.
