Elevated API Errors

AWS has posted the all clear status. We are no longer seeing any issues and are now processing normally.

DLR Backlog is clear. We are processing SMS SMPP messages through both regions, and are in the process of distributing SMS HTTP messages to process in both regions. We are awaiting the all clear from AWS and will continue to monitor.

SMPP Status:

Due to the on going AWS Incident in the Northern Virginia Region (AWS-East), we are currently experiencing DLR delivery delays out of that region. As the incident progresses, we may need to take other remedial action which could include shutting down SMPP binds in that region.

We will continue to monitor the situation and work with AWS for updates and resolution. Our AWS West Region continues to process messages and DLRs.

Due to the ongoing incident in the Amazon Web Services Northern Virginia region, we are experiencing elevated errors and latency in that region.

The Vibes west region is operating normally, and all HTTP API traffic is being directed to the west region.

We are monitoring the situation with Amazon as they work to resolve the issue.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
