Vibes has identified message delivery latency to our 10DLC partner on AT&T. We will provide updates as they become available. IMPACT: 10DLC Message latency on AT&T. Messages both inbound and outbound to Vibes may experience delays in being delivered. ACTION: No action is required; all messages are being queued and will be processed at the rate the 10DLC network is available.

Working with our 10DLC partner, we have identified that the issue is specific to only multi-part messaging on a 10DLC to an AT&T handset. We continue working with them to correct this issue impacting their 10DLC traffic into AT&T. This issue is causing sporadic message errors that are not able to be retried automatically with AT&T multi-part messages on 10DLC codes. This is not for all AT&T multi-part messages on 10DLC, but any message not reaching its destination on AT&T would need to be resent. Vibes is currently in direct contact with the provider's leadership to ensure a full resolution.

Our 10DLC partner has identified that some customers are not adhering to AT&T’s 10DLC carrier throughput requirements. We are working with them to identify what Error Codes would allow customers to know if this is impacting their 10DLC traffic into AT&T. This issue is causing sporadic message errors that are not able to be retried automatically with AT&T messages on 10DLC codes. This is not for all AT&T messages on 10DLC, but any message not reaching its destination on AT&T would need to be resent. Vibes is currently in contact with the provider to ensure a full resolution.
