The incident was resolved around 9:00. The issue was a misconfiguration of a new deployment which only became apparent in the morning when more traffic came to the API.
We have identified the cause of the incident and are currently working on finding a solution for this. Between 75 and 90% of requests to Smartscan API were failing were failing.
