The service is up and running again. This issue should be solved for all customers. We will keep monitoring to ensure high quality.
The cause for the incident was a very high number of calls towards the IDS component leading to long response times and server being unresponsive.
We are currently investigating an issue in Visma.net Platform.
Some applications may be affected by this. Not all applications for a user are displayed in Home.
