Investigating an issue in Visma Directe Bankkoppeling

We have removed the bank accounts that shouldn't have been in the emails, so the service is up and running as normal again. We will keep monitoring to ensure high quality.

We are working on removing the bank accounts that shouldn't have been added. We expect to resolve that during business day.

We're still investigating together with ING to figure out what's the cause of the problem.

We are currently investigating an issue in Visma Directe Bankkoppeling. Many customers of ING have received an email notification about changes to their active accounts while they haven't done any changes. The email potentially list bank accounts that they have not connected to the service at all. We are in contact with ING to investigate the problem
