Visma Business NXT experienced a major issue where VAT reports sent to AutoReport had their response messages handled incorrectly, causing batches and vouchers to not update properly. Customers were advised to avoid sending VAT reports during the incident to prevent data inconsistencies. The issue was resolved after 5.1 hours, allowing customers to resume sending VAT reports normally.
The issue is now resolved.
