A software update (Omnissa Connect release 26.09.23) introduced a new Hub Services roles feature that caused the Hub Services tile to disappear from the "Launch Services" section in Omnissa Connect for affected users across all regions globally. The change restricted tile visibility to only users with an Organization-level Administrator role, leaving other users without direct access. The incident lasted approximately 9 hours and was resolved by providing a workaround through the Access tile and assigning the appropriate Hub Services roles to affected users.

In Omnissa Connect, some users may see that their Hub Services tile is missing under "Launch Services". We will provide more information shortly. Service reliability is a top priority at Omnissa and we are making continuous improvements to better our systems.
