Connect service disruption

Dear Customer, A fix has been implemented for the issue affecting the progression of some transactions to the RECEIVED status. Reconciliation of affected transactions is now in progress. As before, the underlying funds flow itself has not been disrupted at any point — this has been a status-reporting delay only. We're closely monitoring the system to confirm full recovery and will share a further update once reconciliation is complete.
