F5 Distributed Cloud team has identified a configuration propagation issue between Seattle (WES) Regional Edge (RE) and Global Controller and is expected to affect only customers whose Customer Edge (CE) is connected to the Seattle Regional Edge for configuration updates. All other applications are up and served by other regional edges. Team is currently working to restore the service as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as they become available. Thank you in advance for your patience while we are taking urgent actions to investigate the root cause and restore the service. The F5 Distributed Cloud team confirmed the configuration propagation issue is restored and the traffic is ingressing to the Seattle (WES) Regional Edge (RE). All other services remain fully operational. This incident has been marked as resolved.
