The F5 Distributed Cloud team confirmed DNS Data intelligence functionality issue has been resolved. Post-monitoring stage, services have resumed to normal operations. The traffic processing and XC console suite are operational business as usual. The Incident has been service restored.
The F5 Distributed Cloud team is currently investigating an issue where logs are not available via the XC Console for Data Intelligence functionality. All endpoints are still active and blocking the malicious traffic as intended. This is a user interface display issue, as no data loss is being experienced. More updates will be provided as relevant information becomes available.
