We identified and resolved a connectivity issue that impacted the platform in the Europe region on 2026-01-13 between 18.29 UTC and 18.39 UTC. During the incident window, you may have experienced sporadic failures affecting Session Connection, Archiving, and Broadcasting requests, with API calls returning HTTP 500, 501, 502, or 503 errors. Retrying the operation would have likely succeeded in many cases. The issue has been resolved and services are operating normally.
