Service Issue in Platform

We have implemented a fix for this issue.

The list of services experiencing impact has been confirmed as the following:

Messages API: callbacks experiencing signing issues
SMS API: delayed callbacks
Vonage API Dashboard: purchasing and managing Numbers, signup errors, managing Account Settings or creating and updating Applications
Sub-Accounts API: HTTP timeouts or errors


We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.

Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue with our platform; we are alerting customers immediately while our engineering teams investigate.

If there is a customer impact, it is likely to be affecting the following products in our European DC:

Signed callbacks
Messages API
Vonage API Dashboard
SMS API
Number Insight

We aim to provide an update on our investigation within 1 hour.
