USA Inbound SMS API- Content modified

The USA Inbound SMS API- Content modified issue has been resolved.

The following services were impacted from [29-08-2024 11:00] UTC until [10-09-2024 08:36] UTC:
Messages received from T-Mobile handsets to a subset of US shortcodes resulted in SMS API customers receiving messages in binary HEX format and Messages API customers receiving empty message bodies.

Inbound messages to US numbers, excluding shortcodes, were not impacted.

All services have been restored.
Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We have confirmed that the issue is limited to messages received from T-Mobile handsets to a subset of US shortcodes.

For SMS API customers, this results in the message being received as a binary message in HEX format
For Messages API customers, the message body is empty

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Currently Inbound messages received from T-Mobile handsets are not being decoded correctly for a subset of US short codes.
