Weave experienced a major incident where customers were unable to send faxes due to delays with their third-party fax provider. The issue escalated from delayed fax sending to complete inability to send faxes, affecting the entire Fax Service component. The incident was resolved after 47 minutes of working with the third-party provider to restore normal fax functionality.

This issues has been identified and customers are not able to send Fax but we are working with our third party provider to resolve this issue.
We are currently investigating with our third-party provider on why some faxes are being delayed in sending.
