We are releasing a fix which will try to mitigate the issues caused by intermittent OVH network failures. The fix will be released in the next 30 minutes.

Our core infrastructure provider https://www.status-ovhcloud.com/ is having an outage and it's causing an issue with our services. When this recovers our services will recover also.
We are applying remedial fixes that will boost performance in the meantime.
