The WiscNet NOC has confirmed the loss of connectivity is related to equipment upgrade maintenance being performed by Spectrum
This maintenance is tracked under ticket CHG0082363 and scheduled to end at 06:00 CDT
This ticket will be held until the end of the scheduled maintenance window to confirm alarms are clear and services are restored
If no trouble is observed at that time, this ticket will then be Resolved
