Outage Details

We received a notification this morning around 10:18 AM that both routers at SWIB lost internet connectivity. We have received confirmation at 1:32PM from MUFN that there was a fiber cut along Segoe Rd and just south of University Avenue in Madison, WI. Technicians will try to move the services to another pair of fiber while repair are in progress and no ETR has been provided yet. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. Further updates will be provided as soon as they are available. Thank you for your understanding.

Service was restored at 3:23 PM today for the second router at SWIB location.

Service was restored to one router at 4:48PM yesterday but the second router still down. MUFN support team let us know that repair are not completed yet.
