Outage Details

Today (December 6th) WiscNet received reports of performance issues on TEACH circuits between 11:30am and noon Central time. We investigated and determined that the main circuit between the TEACH Network transport provider and WiscNet in Madison dropped two times briefly at 11:40am. We're working with the transport provider to determine the root cause and will update this status page once we have more information. TEACH has confirmed experiencing a network event during the reported time, which appears to have caused the issue. However, they have not been able to determine the exact cause of the two circuit drops.
