This incident has been resolved.
TEACH has confirmed experiencing a network event during the reported time, which appears to have caused the issue. However, they have not been able to determine the exact cause of the two circuit drops.
Today (December 6th) WiscNet received reports of performance issues on TEACH circuits between 11:30am and noon Central time. We investigated and determined that the main circuit between the TEACH Network transport provider and WiscNet in Madison dropped two times briefly at 11:40am. We're working with the transport provider to determine the root cause and will update this status page once we have more information.
If you have any insights into how this affected user experience during the late morning today, please summarize and send this to support@wiscnet.net, we appreciate having more information and this helps us when escalating with TEACH.
