We were able to isolate the cause to our partners equipment on the network - after the troubleshooted remotely they were able to resolve the issue with their equipment and restore services. As such, this ticket has been resolved. Thank you

After receiving confirmation of the equipment status on site we engaged our partner provider TEACH for investigation who indicated they will coordinate with Lumen to isolate the issue. Once the source of the issue is identified corrective action will be taken. No additional action is being requested of Seneca School district at this time. Additional updates regarding the next steps will be provided once more details are available. Thank you.
