All transfers are currently delayed and Android customers cannot create transfers

Out team has identified the issue and implemented a fix for it. We're currently monitoring the situation, and are on track to resolve the issue soon at which point all affected transfers as well as transfers on the Android app, will be back to normal. Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience.
