Currently Elements profiles are not being assigned to Endpoint Protection clients in a timely manner. Profile assignments remain in Pending or Update in progress state for extended periods (several hours) preventing administrators from applying profile updates efficiently. Also affected are operations triggered from Elements Portal.
The issue impacts European instances of Elements portal
We are working on a solution with the highest priority.
