We're aware of an issue affecting Let's Encrypt certificate issuance. Let's Encrypt has identified the issue, which occurred during their scheduled maintenance, and had temporarily disabled the API while working on a resolution. They have since taken corrective action, and issuance is resuming. Monitoring is ongoing.
