After further monitoring, this incident is now considered resolved. The increase in latency for webhook events and job processing lasted for 30 minutes, from 18:45 UTC to 19:15 UTC. The latency had increased to a maximum of 5 minutes and has subsequently returned to normal. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact Workato Support at support.workato.com.
