Developer API GET /api/recipes actions failing with 500 errors

We are aware that customers with incomplete recipes (no triggers specified) are experiencing HTTP 500 errors when calling the GET /api/recipes developer API endpoint. We have identified the underlying cause of the incident and we are working to take remediating steps. We will provide more updates shortly. As a workaround, such recipes can be modified or removed if they are no longer necessary.
