On going Incident

This issue is now considered resolved on AWS side. Workato platform has returned to normal operation. Failed jobs may be repeated as needed. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact Workato Support at support.workato.com.

Workato services are recovering following the recent incident impacting AWS services in the US-EAST-1 Region. While AWS services are not yet fully restored, the Workato team has implemented remediation steps and is observing ongoing improvements. We are continuing to monitor the platform as it recovers.

Webhook services, which were previously experiencing increased latencies, are now operating normally. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.

APIM services were experiencing 500 errors due to the AWS incident. Our APIM services are now operating normally. We will continue to monitor our services closely.
