WorkOS experienced degraded Directory Provisioning performance for AuthKit over approximately 55 hours, affecting directories created before June 22 at 21:36 UTC. An underlying issue caused provisioning delays and user record synchronization to fall behind for these older directories, while newly created directories remained unaffected. The root cause was identified and corrected on June 24, with all out-of-sync user records fully restored by June 25.
