Dear customers, We have identified that the service for DANA ewallet and QR Codes is currently facing intermittent disruption. Impact: - DANA payment creation & charge request will receive intermittent SERVER_ERROR with a HTTP 500 response - QR Codes payment creation will receive intermittent SERVER_ERROR with a HTTP 500 response - End-users are unable to complete payment to DANA and will receive an SERVER_ERROR with a HTTP 500 response We are working with our partner to resolve the issue and will update you as soon as we can. In the meantime, we recommend that you take the following actions to mitigate disruptions to your end-users due to the incident: - Retry transactions for which a 500 error is received. Thank you
