Outage Details

Some payments successfully made through Alfamart or Indomart are taking longer than expected to appear in Xendit's merchant dashboard. We are currently investigating the issue. Until then: 1. For payments successfully captured through Alfamart or Indomart but not appearing in the Xendit dashboard, we advise waiting until the incident is resolved. The transactions will recover and be visible in your dashboard once the issue is resolved. 2. For new payments, we suggest asking your customers to use any channel other than Alfamart/Indomart until the issue is resolved, if possible.

The issue is now resolved and reconciliation complete. All successful Alfamart or Indomart payments are now correctly reflected in the dashboard.

We continue to work through reconciliation of payments made through Alfamart or Indomart during the incident period. We have completed implementation of our reconciliation script and are currently testing it. We are unable to give an exact ETA but if testing is successful, full resolution will be complete in the next couple of hours.

Any new payments made through Alfamart or Indomart are operating normally.

We advise:
1. Your customers to use Alfamart or Indomart as usual
2. Taking no action on successful Alfamart or Indomart transactions that do not yet appear in your Dashboard. The team is working through reconciliation of those transactions.
