The issue is now resolved and reconciliation complete. All successful Alfamart or Indomart payments are now correctly reflected in the dashboard.

Some payments successfully made through Alfamart or Indomart are taking longer than expected to appear in Xendit's merchant dashboard. We are currently investigating the issue.
Until then:
1. For payments successfully captured through Alfamart or Indomart but not appearing in the Xendit dashboard, we advise waiting until the incident is resolved. The transactions will recover and be visible in your dashboard once the issue is resolved.
2. For new payments, we suggest asking your customers to use any channel other than Alfamart/Indomart until the issue is resolved, if possible.
