Outage Details

Some search experiences that received a configuration update after 4pm EST on August 1st that contained a "Search Term Contains All" query rule, would have that query rule applied to all search queries instead of those queries that matched the rule. A patch has already been deployed and we are monitoring the system to ensure behavior returns to normal.
