The issue affected the delivery of review notifications and caused problems with image attachments in emails. The service was restored with all missed notifications and delayed reports successfully sent, and additional monitoring was implemented to prevent recurrence.
We’ve verified that Reviews Analytics notification emails are functioning normally again, including correct image attachments. All missed notifications and delayed reports from the impact period have now been successfully sent. The system is fully operational, and we’ve completed additional monitoring and validation to ensure notifications and reports are being delivered as expected. This issue is fully resolved.
