Invoice module down

This incident is now resolved. Yokoy Invoice Module operation was impacted from 2025-10-27 09:38 CET to 2025-10-27 10:29 CET. Backlog of emails were all processed by 2025-10-27 11:40 CET

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We‘ve identified and implemented a fix for the issue with Invoice Module. We‘ll continue to monitor the system’s health to ensure no further issues occur. All emails that were not processed will be processed over the next hours. New emails might take a while to be processed.

Our engineers have identified the root cause of the issue with Invoice Modules and are working toward a resolution.
The issue was located in the invoice email processing. Invoice email processing currently is still down while the rest of the invoice module is up again.

Our engineers have identified issue(s) when accessing some pages in Yokoy Inovice module in general. Customers may experience delays or a disruption in service. We‘re currently investigating the issue(s) and will update you on the status within the next 30 minutes. Incoming data will not be lost but the module is not avalable
