We performed planned maintenance on the Yotpo platform on Sunday, 30 June 2024, between 8:29-11:59UTC.
During this time, Loyalty and Referrals customers experienced the following:
End customers unable see widgets on stores
End customers unable to redeem discounts both online and in POS
Customers sections of Loyatly and Referrals admin reflecting no data
Users unable to create a referral flow
We strive to offer a consistently high uptime and need to perform some crucial system updates to ensure that reliability continues. We also strive to keep longer planned maintenance windows like this one to a minimum and schedule them for low-traffic hours.
