Yotpo L&R – Intermittent Degradation in Point Redemption for Shopify

We have identified the root cause of the intermittent point redemption failures impacting a limited number of merchants on Shopify.

This behavior is caused by a platform-level limitation on the number of discount codes that can be created per Shopify account.

Only a subset of merchants is affected. Our R&D team is actively working on a resolution, and we will continue to share updates as progress is made.

We are currently experiencing an intermittent service degradation affecting some merchants when redeeming loyalty points on Shopify. In certain cases, point redemption requests may fail due to errors originating from Shopify.
