Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue that began around 02:00 UTC on Saturday, Jan 11, 2025, affecting customers on Enterprise plans. Approval requests may remain in a pending state in the UI, even after the approval action (e.g., publishing a Zap) has been completed by the account owner or super admin. Although the request shows as pending in the UI, the approval action is successfully processed. The delay is related to the UI updating the request’s status and does not affect the underlying action. This incident has been resolved.

Our team implemented a fix and delays Approval Request delays are back fo normal as of January 14th at 1:00 AM UTC.

The internal systems are back to processing events as they come in.
